Inspiration from the sea and combining the property’s topographic features, Seagrove will be a coastal village nestled among the quaint towns of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Seagrove will suggest some small departures from typical Carolina Beach design standards. The architecture and community feel will be reminiscent of development from decades past and yesteryear.

Seagrove is located in the City of Carolina Beach on the southern coast of North Carolina, in a secluded yet convenient location along the coast, just south of the Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach area and north of Myrtle Beach, SC. Interstate 40 is accessible to the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area just a couple of hours away and Highway 17 provides easy access along a north/south route along the coastline through the Carolinas.
